The Dining Room at Stollmeyer's Castle is one of the best-preserved heritage interiors of the Magnificent Seven — the original formal dining hall of the Stollmeyer family home, restored with carved cedar panelling, period plasterwork, and the original sideboards and fireplace surround intact. The room seats 80 for a formal banquet (rounds of 8) or up to 120 standing for a cocktail-style reception. Crystal sconces and a refurbished chandelier provide ambient light; the connecting butler's pantry serves as a staging area for catering. The room faces the Queen's Park Savannah through tall sash windows, and pairs naturally with the foyer and grounds for larger functions.
