What's new since the last demo.

Since the first walkthrough, this build adds:

• Calendar view on the Shows page — browse performances by month at a glance
• Complimentary tickets — issue per show, email a guest or drop straight into a NAPA account
• Refund coupons — managers issue refunds, customers redeem the code at the box office (cancels tickets and frees seats automatically)
• Careers section with open positions and an apply-online form
• Site-wide search — find shows, venues, and pages as you type
• Media Centre — photos and videos organised by category
• Social feed on the homepage and a dedicated page
• Newsletter composer rebuilt — proper formatting, images, and a record of every send
• Financial reports in the admin — revenue, refunds, CSV export
• Faster pages — smaller images, loaded only as you scroll
